General Provisions
This Regulation regulates the general conditions and requirements regarding the processing of personal data of clients/consumers of Singularity Style SRL by the advertising and PR department.
This Regulation is based on the provisions of the Law No. 133 of July 8, 2011 “On the Protection of Personal Data,” “Requirements for ensuring the security of personal data when processing personal data in the framework of personal data information systems,” approved by Government Decision No. 1123 of December 14, 2010, the Law on Electronic Commerce No. 284 of 22.07.2004, and the Law on Consumer Protection, GD No. 1465 on the Approval of the Rules for the Replacement of Non-Food Products and Warranty Terms of 18.12.2003.
This document (together with all documents referred to in it) sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the website www.singularity.style (hereinafter “singularity.style”/”the Site”) and the placing of orders for products through this Site (hereinafter “the Terms”).
Any product or service offered through this Site is intended for individuals who may purchase/access them for their own use without resale, hereinafter referred to as “Customer”/ “Customers.” Singularity Style SRL shall have no obligation or liability arising as a result of successive resales of products and/or services by Customers.
Our Terms and Privacy Policy (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Data Protection Policies”) require to be read prior to using the Site and placing your order through the Site. By accessing and using this Site and/or placing an order through the Site, you expressly acknowledge the binding nature of the Terms and the Data Protection Policies and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Data Protection Policies.
If the Terms and Data Protection Policies are not accepted in full, do not use this Site. The Company reserves the right to revise these Terms without prior notice. The Terms specified on singularity.eu will apply at the time of placing your order.
All time periods set forth herein shall be construed to be expressed in calendar days. In the event that the last day of the term is a non-business day, the term shall be extended accordingly until the first following business day.
Website Operator
The operator of the website www.singularity.style is the company Singularity Style SRL, organized under the law of the Republic of Moldova, with headquarters in mun. Chisinau, Str. Botanica Veche 8, tax code 1024600083613.
Customer Data
Information or personal data that the Customer provides will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Policies. By using this Site and/or placing an order for products through singularity.eu, the Customer expressly and unequivocally consents to the processing of such information and data and declares that all information and data that he/she provides is true and accurate and that he/she has obtained the prior written consent of the owner of the information and/or data, in the event that the information and data that is provided through the Site belongs to a third party.
The following categories of personal data are processed:
- Name, surname;
- Date of birth;
- Mobile phone number;
- E-mail address;
- Telephone;
- Address (domicile/residence);
- Place of employment;
- Geolocation/traffic data;
- Signature.
The personal data subject to this Regulation will be stored by the responsible person within the company in such a way as to allow the identification of the data subjects strictly for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data are processed, and on expiry of that period, the records will be destroyed/erased, depending on the medium on which they were made.
The processing of information containing personal data in the Singularity Style SRL online shop record system is carried out for the duration of the contractual relations between Singularity Style SRL and the Client/consultant/buyer. Upon expiration of the above-mentioned terms, the data in the system shall be kept in archived form for a period of 6 years for the primary documents justifying the performance of economic operations, as per the applicable regulations.
Any use of personal data for purposes other than those mentioned above is prohibited.
Use of Website
By using this Website and/or placing any order of products through it, the Customer agrees to:
- Use this Site only to submit legitimate inquiries or place legitimate orders.
- Not place any false or fraudulent orders. In the event that there are reasonable grounds to believe that such an order has been placed, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order and to notify the competent authorities accordingly.
- Provide a correct and accurate e-mail address, postal address, and/or other contact details. The Customer also consents that the Company may use this information to contact the Customer in the event of such a request (see Privacy Policy).
If not all the required information is provided, there is a possibility that the order may not be completed.
By placing an order through the Website, the Customer declares that he/she is over 16 years of age and has the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
